Judges are leaders in their field from Australia and New Zealand with a strong representation of former award winners.
All proceedings during judging are strictly confidential. All judges are required to sign a confidentiality agreement and no discussion occurs during or after the judging.
All voting is conducted strictly by a confidential ballot, with counters and scrutineers audited independently by external accountants.
All photographs are given a code and judged anonymously, except for Best New Salon Design.
The finalists will be selected during the preliminary judging, on 22 & 23 March 2010. Finalists will be announced at the cocktail gallery viewing on 23 March 2010.
